It is our goal at Big M to assist each driver in reaching top driver pay of 52 cents per mile. Our new points system rewards our professional drivers for reaching and maintaining high standards of excellence.

Driving Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • No more than 3 total violations within 3 years
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents within 3 years
  • No DUI within 5 years
